By accessing or using Quadesto ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Quadesto provides AI-powered financial data visualization tools. You can upload data, connect APIs, generate charts, and embed visualizations. The Service is provided on a software-as-a-service basis.
Quadesto is a visualization tool, not a financial advisor. Charts and calculations generated by the Service are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
The Free tier is available at no cost with stated limitations. The Pro tier is billed monthly at £149 GBP via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change applies to their subscription.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to Quadesto. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.
You grant Quadesto a limited license to process your data for the purpose of providing the Service (generating charts, running computations, storing for your access).
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any data you provide to the Service.
Charts created on the Free tier include a "Made with Quadesto" attribution link. Pro tier charts do not include attribution.
When you share a chart publicly (via link or embed), the chart data snapshot becomes accessible to anyone with the URL. Do not share charts containing confidential data unless you intend for it to be public.
You may not use the Service to: violate any law or regulation, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse rate limits or API endpoints.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Quadesto is not liable for any financial decisions made based on charts or calculations generated by the Service.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Northern Ireland.
